My husband and I just bought our very first and hopefully forever home in Oakland, and I truly believe it would not have been possible without the expertise and guidance from Nikki Yumul. She has been incredibly knowledgeable and has a knack for explaining the home buying process in a way that was easy to understand and not too overwhelming, especially for first time homebuyers. Nikki was constantly in touch with us regarding potential properties and went out of her way to take videos of homes we could not step away to see due to our demanding work schedules. During house visits and open houses she would play with our toddler so my husband and I could focus on looking at the home. She kept our shared google doc constantly updated with new homes that might fit our requirements. We had worked with other realtors who did none of those things; it is clear that her willingness to go the extra mile is the reason why we were able to achieve our goal of buying a home. The home itself was not one we found ourselves - it was a recommendation from Nikki that she found through her own connections.
